The Avengers for Nick

Over the summer 2011 I had the pleasure of meeting Nick Wellner. Nick has been diagnosed with Batten disease, which is a fatal neural degeneration disease. In my day with Nick I learned that he really liked comics and was a fan of the Avengers, so I did this for him cause he is an awesome kid! SWTOR

Well, Star Wars Old Republic has come out and I really enjoy it. I rolled the smuggler/ Han Solo class. So I was indeed inspired to do some fanart of him.

A king perhaps

A late night d00dle. I've been watching the series Camelot on Netflix and I got Final Fantasy 6 aka 3 so I decided to dink around with a dirty king esc. character. This got me thinking though that if I make a king character, he'll look like the rainbow on crazy drugs, because I imagine that if you were royalty back in the day you would wear all the colors you could cause you had the gold for it.

Here is a more-refined concept for a city guard idea. One half is the full plated side while the other half shows what's is underneath the plates. The symbol is a more refined version of the one I put on this guy.

T-shirt Design

This is a t-shirt design that I helped create for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk to cure Diabetes event. The theme for this event was "Heroes of Red, White, and Cure". The team is Dylan's Dinosaurs, so I decided to go with a Captain America and Bucky Theme.
The colors were done by Caitlyn Harris and they look quite amazing if I do say so myself.

Doodlin' while the cable guy was here

Here is a sketch I was working on today while the cable guy was here. He started out as just a generic male guy, but I kinda like the symbol I developed for his chest, I will probably use it again on a different guy. I didn't really like how the face was coming out so I did what I figure most guy do when they don't like their face....put facial hair on it, so now he kinda looks like a piratey-paladin to me.. But I'm pretty happy how this turned out..good ideas will come from this.
